The Speaker added a Labor & Commerce Committee referral to                     
precede the Finance Committee referral for the following:                      
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 144                                                            
"An Act relating to salaries for officers and employees of the state          
who are not members of a collective bargaining unit; and                       
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
HB 144 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Labor & Commerce Committee.
